This powder coating system is semi-automatic system.

Process:

Manual load → Pre-degrease → Main degrease → Rinse(1) → Rinse(2) → Surface activation → Phosphorization → Rinse(3) → DI rinse → Drop water → Water drying → Unload & transfer to powder coating line → Automatic Powder coating → Powder curing → Cooling → Unload.
