In September, 2014, Charvies Industry signed contract with Robam industrial group for one range hood robot automatic painting line.
About this painting line, the configure is high-level in coating line.
About pre-treatment equipment：
1.we use double stainless steel(SUS304) plate. one is decorative board.
2.we use hot -water stove and plate heat exchanger for heating the liquid of tanks. part of energy of hot-water stove is from the exhaust gas of ovens.In this way, we could take full advantage of energy, save more energy.
3.The process of pretreatment include spray type and dip type.
For degrease process, we use ultrasonic and dip type to clean the surface of product. in this way, we could easily the corner of surface.
About paint spray booth
1.Charvies Industry use reciprocating machine and robot instead of workers.
2.Charvies Industry select electrostatic spray guns(Sames,Made in France) as for painting.
3.Charvies Industry select YASKAWA EPX2900 Robot for painting.
This type of robot is really a good option for medium sized product.
Compare with ABB, KUKA, FANUC, YASKAWA really have a good advantage, its quality is enough for painting(explosion-proof), and its price is more cheaper than others.
About ovens(water drying oven and paint curing oven):
1.The plate of ovens are handmade. we use δ1.2mm galvanized sheet as the inside and outside plate of insulation board.
2.Sometimes as for saving cost, we will use color steel plate as for the plate of ovens, but in this line, in order to get the best quality, we use the handmade plate for ovens, compare with the color steel plate, the handmade plate is more strong, long service life, better insulation effect.
3.For saving energy and cuts pollution, the exhaust gas are going into the burner as for second burning,part of them could heat the hot-water stove.
