CHERY HEAVY MACHINERY CO.,LTD
In June, 2012, Charvies Industry signed contract with CHERY GROUP for E-coating and painting line of harvest.
In this project, we have designed one E-coating line and one Painting-line.
E-coating line
It is consists of each process tank, tank liquid circulation stirring/spray rinsing system, tank liquid heating system, cooling heat exchange system, ultrafiltration system, gland seal system, anode system, rectifier power supply system, electrophoresis charging system, each tank water filling system, hot water units, water chillers, pure water units, electrophoresis standby power (prepare by owner itself), closed chambers, operation platform, exhaust system, utility piping systems, etc.
PRETREATMENT TANK
- It adopts 3mm SUS304, tank upright and skeleton adopts joist steel and U-steel structure.
- Pipeline, pipe fitting and components adopt SUS or antiseptic material.
- Circulation pump suction inlet set 20 mesh filter net.
- Hot water rinse, pre-degrease, degrease set 100mm rock cotton insulating layer, outsourcing profiling galvanized steel plate.
- Each tank sets circulation stirring system, stirring tube in tank equipped with venturi stirring spray nozzle, pipeline equipped with flow pressure adjustment valve.
- According to the technical requirement, corresponding tank set spray system. Spray nozzle uses clamp easy disassembly type universal nozzle, the nozzle spacing is 300 mm.
- Circulating pump uses corrosion resistant stainless steel pump.
- Hot water rinse, pre-degrease, degrease set bag filter, filter fineness is 50-100 um.
Tank LIQUID HEATING SYSTEM AND HOT WATER UNIT
- It is equipped with normal pressure hot water units by natural gas heating, equipped with hot water circulation pump in order to provide circulation hot water as heat resource for each heating tank.
- Each heating tank adopts stainless steel plate heat exchanger outside tank indirect heating.
- It is equipped with tank temperature automatic control system, automatic temperature control and display.
REPLENISHMENT AND BACK FLOW
- Before vitrification, before electrophoresis, after UF2 totally 3 stations refill fresh pure rinse, equipped with flowmeter and control valve.
- When the rest rinse stations are in normal operation, it just adopts back flow type replenishment in order to save water.
- Rinse 1 station after degrease make replenishment for high flow hot water rinse, pre-degrease, degrease station.
ELECTROPHORESIS TANK
- Rectangular tank, by ordinary steel plates welded together, lining 6 mm glass fiberglass insulation resistance under dry breakdown voltage 20000V. Tank upright adopts joist steel and box iron structure, to ensure tank strength and stiffness. Electrophoresis tank sets sub-tank, collecting bubble or impurities from electrophoresis tank, and has the function of defoaming. Between main and assist tank sets weir plate, to control the liquid level. Tank bottom corner designed to streamline, avoid blind angle, so as to avoid paint liquid precipitation.
ULTRAFILTRATION SYSTEM
- It is consists of filter, ultrafilter, ultrafilter cleaning system, ultrafilter liquid storage tank, ultrafilter liquid pump, ultrafilter paint liquid paint supply pump, pipeline, and valve. It adopts America import film assemble product. Paint supply pump adopts double mechanical seal pump.
GLAND SEAL SYSTEM
- It is equipped with shaft seal system, and integration with ultrafiltration system, offer shaft seal liquid circulation for electrophoresis circulation pump, ultrafiltration paint supply pump, each UF rinse circulation pump by fresh UF liquid.
ANODE LIQUID SYSTEM
- Anode liquid system closed anode in washable cover through pole film, remove organic matter in anode area of electrophoresis immediately through anode liquid circulation system, to ensure stability, throwing power and coating film quality of paint liquid.
- Anode liquid circulation system is consists of cover, anode liquid circulation pipeline, circulation pump, anode liquid tank, conductivity meter, PH controller. Anode all adopts SUS316L. Ultima ratio adopts 1:4.
