PRETREATMENT SYSTEM

Pretreatment system is one of the most important part for coating line(ex:powder coating,paint coating,e-coating), playing a key role in coating quality.

All kinds of parts, products or material before coating need clean up oil, rust, oxide, old coating film, flush-off and some other preparation working, it is called pretreatment.

DELI provide three different systems for the pretreatment technology:

1.Tunnel pretreatment for powder coating,paint coating,e-coating line

In spray/tunnel pretreatment the product passes through a tunnel with a series of process stages preparing the product for the application process. These process stages are designed according to the specific type of product and chemicals.

2.Dip tank pretreatment  for powder coating,paint coating,e-coating line

Dip pretreatment system is used for large products, and also for productions with small quantities or limited space.

When the structure of the product is complex, e.g. in the automotive industry,  or when a spray system cannot reach all surfaces of the product, this type of pretreatment is the best choice.
